Hi!
Many of you know me & what I do but here is a little introduction for any of you I haven’t met.
My name is Sarah, I am a Certified Massage Therapist working in the Elk Grove, California area. My general approach to any new or regular client is a gentle deep tissue massage. A 60 minute session covers full body (back, neck, arms, legs, feet & head). A 90 minute session covers full body plus allows time to address any problem areas where I would incorporate trigger point, reflexology, acupressure, or cupping & some aromatherapy, using essential oils.
